Plenty of tools will happily rip a video and hand you a worksheet. We do not, and it is worth explaining why — because it changes what you can safely do with what you make here.
Where material comes from
Audio we generate for you
You give a topic or a script; the AI writes, casts and voices it. Nobody else has a claim on the result — it is yours to use, share with a class, and keep.
We own it
Your own recordings
Upload audio you recorded and we will transcribe it and build activities around it.
You hold the rights
Podcasts, through their own feeds
Podcasts are published to be fetched — that is what an RSS feed is. Where a show publishes its own transcript we use that first, and we only ever read the segment you asked for.

The licence allows it
Why we will not just ingest any URL
It is the single most requested feature, and the answer is the same every time: a lesson built by stripping the audio out of someone else's video is not a lesson you can safely put in front of a paying class. The convenience is real; so is the liability, and it would be yours as much as ours.
Generating the audio instead solves it properly. It costs us more to run — which is what the paid plans pay for — and it means the material is unambiguously yours.
Something of yours here that should not be?
If you hold rights in material you believe has been used incorrectly, tell us and we will take it down. We would rather hear from you than from your lawyer.
